Well organized, exemplary guide to Holocaust literature for youth of all ages. Useful for educators, parents, librarians and students. A solid, "must have", user friendly reference tool for school and public libraries.

A brief overview of many types of homes in several cultures, it includes a photo index that documents where the homes are located. It also touches on careers related to building homes such as painters, carpenters, architects. Would be a helpful book in the elementary grades for comparing different cultures' living styles, and the construction of homes.

This book was informative and enjoyable to read. The pictures are a huge plus. I now have a much better understanding of how the beer industry in Kansas City contributed to the success of the city. After completing this book, I could hardly get myself to the bar quickly enough to have a pint of Boulevard unfiltered wheat. And, it was great!

Most of the poets and painters are well known. The best this assistant school librarian has ever seen. I only wish that the cover, featuring two lovely little girls, were less gender specific. There are great things in there for guys, too.The editor's introduction can help teachers start lively discussions.
